Rev Leo de Vos

Hello, I am Leo de Vos, pastor of the Reformed Church of Hukanui since 2015. Born in Canada, having served churches in both Canada and the USA, I immigrated to New Zealand with my Kiwi wife Carol and 4 children in 2001. I have a strong passion for preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ which enables believers to continue maturing in their faith. I am passionate to make parents and children aware that their children also belong to God's covenant and to the congregation. Throughout my ministry Carol has been a wonderful wife and so helpful in the pastoral ministry.

For relaxation I dabble in woodworking; I am a hand tool aficionado and love working with hand planes. Carol is a superb cook and host; we love having fellowship over good food!
